In partnership with UP NYC, the sneaker and clothing stores owned by rap superstar Fat Joe, the Loyalty Foundation will teach about 20 Bronx kids grades 4-9 how to create their own dream sneaker using AI (Artificial Intelligence).
The class will be produced by our Director of Education, Allen Rabinovich as part of the UP NYC Masterclass program. At the end of the course, these super-sneakers will be displayed in a special VR (Virtual Reality) showroom for all to seen.
The forthcoming UP NYC Masterclass marks a return to UP NYC by Loyalty Foundation, which last summer brought our "Gaming & Coding for Youth" to the store's South Bronx location.

UPNYC Masterclass is hosting a
Summer AI (Artificial Intelligence) program
specifically for grades 4th-9th.
Using AI, students will learn how to design their own virtual sneaker, which will be displayed at the end of the course in a virtual sneaker shop for all to see!
The aim of the program is to provide a unique hands-on learning experience that will empower kids to become innovative thinkers and creators who are curious and ready to acquire 21st century problem solving skills.
Selected applicants will be placed in one of two program sessions: Saturday’s 12:00PM to 1:00 PM or 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
