The Loyalty Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Public Charity founded in 2019 by former New York City Assistant District Attorney David Neeman to attack the disparity between children who have access to opportunities and those in under-resourced communities by providing laptops and technology-based education programs to K-12 students.
The Loyalty Foundation wants children and their parents to understand the self-empowerment that access to technology and digital education can unlock for them. It can not only lead to steady employment and well-paying jobs that will uplift themselves and their families, but it allows kids to think creatively, because they know they now have a real path to becoming the next entrepreneur, video producer, game creator, or whatever they dream of being.
Founder and Chairman
David founded The Loyalty Foundation in 2019 to ensure ALL children, irrespective of race, gender and socioeconomic status would have equal access to technology so they could walk on even ground, through that door to their own future success. Following his time at the DA’s Office, David served as a consultant on the Independent Monitorship of HSBC, which reported to the United States Department of Justice and the Financial Conduct Authority.
