In a world that often feels divided, The Loyalty Foundation reminds us that small actions can drive big change. Founded by former Manhattan Assistant District Attorney David Neeman, the foundation provides under-resourced children with computers, tech education, and esports programs. But its mission goes far beyond technology—it’s about inspiring a lifestyle of helping others to create a brighter, more united future.

“What The Loyalty Foundation does is cool, and I think people understand the need for it,” Neeman says. “But it’s more than just providing technology. If we shift our mindset to focus on how we can help others, we can transform the world. The more people who embrace this way of thinking, the better life will be for everyone.”
Neeman’s journey to founding The Loyalty Foundation began in the courtroom, where he witnessed firsthand the challenges facing young defendants. “Most of these kids weren’t bad people—they just lacked hope and opportunity,” Neeman explains. “I realized that what they needed most was a belief in their future and a clear path to success.”
That realization struck even closer to home when Neeman enrolled his son in a coding class and noticed a glaring lack of diversity. Seeing a classroom of mostly white students made him think of the talented children who couldn’t access similar opportunities. He knew that bridging this gap was critical to breaking cycles of poverty and crime.
From this determination, The Loyalty Foundation was born. The nonprofit provides technology and education resources to youth in under-resourced communities, pairing these tools with esports programs that teach teamwork, strategy, and problem-solving. But for Neeman, the foundation’s impact is as much about instilling hope as it is about building skills.
Neeman believes the world has the resources to create change. “The issue isn’t a lack of money,” he explains. “It’s that the money isn’t efficiently moving through the system to help the people who need it most.”
Through The Loyalty Foundation, Neeman is rewriting that narrative—not out of obligation, but out of passion. “We don't have to do this, we do this because we want to,” he says. “Helping others isn’t just necessary—it reminds us of the goodness in humanity, which is particularly necessary now.”
In a time when challenges can feel overwhelming, The Loyalty Foundation is proving that hope and light are found in the simple, powerful act of lifting others. As he expands The Loyalty Foundation, he’s welcoming everyone to be part of the change.
