David Neeman

Founder and Chairman

David founded The Loyalty Foundation in 2019 to ensure ALL children, irrespective of race, gender and socioeconomic status would have equal access to technology so they could walk on even ground, through that door to their own future success. Before The Loyalty Foundation, David served as an Assistant District Attorney for a decade in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office under  Robert Morgenthau. Following his time at the DA’s Office, David served as a consultant on the Independent Monitorship of HSBC, which reported to the United States Department of Justice and the Financial Conduct Authority. David also served as the Head of Risk Management & Security at SAY Technologies.  

David is a graduate of Vassar College and the Emory University School of Law. David is a husband, father, disruptor, community organizer, and lover of the best in humanity.

Jeff Cruttenden

Co-Founder of Acorns, SAY, and the Treasury

Jeffrey Cruttenden is the Co-founder of investment fin-tech Acorns, SAY and the Treasury.  Jeff started Acorns with his father Walter to radically simplify and democratize investing. The Acorns investment application allows people to easily invest their spare change into diversified portfolios. Jeff graduated Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Mathematics from Lewis & Clark College, and was featured as a Forbes "30 Under 30" in 2016.

Ivan Guerrero

VFX Supervisor, Method Studios

Ivan grew up in Venezuela and outside of Boston, MA.  He graduated from Vassar College, where he majored in biology.  Upon graduation, he worked at Children’s Hospital in Boston on the Human Genome Project, which led to pursuing a Ph. D. in molecular biology at the University of Colorado.  Halfway through the program, he rediscovered his childhood love for movie magic and changed his course of study to computer animation.  Since 2005, Ivan has worked on crafting visual effects for movies and commercials and is currently a Visual Effects Supervisor at Method Studios.  Some of the movies he has worked on in the past include Black Panther, Beauty and the Beast, Deadpool 2, The Smurfs, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, I Am Legend and The Dark Universe currently playing at the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History.

Dupré Kelly

Executive Director, 211 Community Impact

Newark native, and activist, Dupre’ Kelly currently serves as co-founder and Executive Director of 211 Community Impact, a non-profit promoting literacy, good health and giving back. Kelly first came to public attention as a rapper and member of the hip-hop recording group Lords of the Underground. Following the group’s four Billboard top 100 hits, Kelly turned his sights to movies and television appearing in hit films Boiler Room, Notorious and Hideaway and top television series including Law & Order, 30 Rock and The Sopranos. He joined The Loyalty Foundation Advisory Board in 2020.

Kyle Price

Chief of Staff, Roblox

As Chief of Staff at Roblox, Kyle Price serves as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With an eye toward driving efficiency and effectiveness across the company, he works closely with the executive leadership team to scale our culture and operations globally.  Kyle has built an impressive history of strategic and operational excellence over the past 15 years while working in technology and consulting in Europe. During his tenure at eBay, he spent eight years building and launching numerous products and commercial propositions for business and consumer selling, cross-border trade, advertising and monetization. More recently he led eBay’s organic and inorganic geographic expansion efforts in EMEA.  Kyle holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia.

Ryan Stever
Director of Research, Aperio

Ryan Stever is Aperio’s Director of Research. He began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where he worked in the research department on models that quantitatively evaluate bank risk and studies focused on the financial side of the macroeconomy. The work proved to be a launching ground for Ryan’s PhD in Finance. Ryan also worked for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basel, Switzerland, and Acadian Asset Management, where he worked on all aspects of quant finance including management, research, and portfolio management. Immediately prior to joining Aperio, Ryan led the alpha capture team at Citadel. He received his MS and PhD in Finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Jaye Watts

Co-Founder | CEO COEXIST Gaming®

Born in Dominican Republic & raised in Dallas, TX, Jaye's drive to succeed has always been a defining characteristic. After graduating from Stamford University with a degree in Electrical Engineering she moved to New York City to pursue her passion for music. After signing a record deal under Motown, she received a Grammy Nomination & has written songs, and toured internationally with living legends. Searching for a way to merge her creative & her engineering self, she co-founded a video game startup with a community based ecosystem called COEXIST Gaming

Ethan Zohn

Co-Founder, Grassroots Soccer

After winning CBS's television program 'Survivor Africa', Ethan Co-Founded Grassroot Soccer, an adolescent health organization that leverages the power of soccer to educate, inspire, and mobilize youth in developing countries to overcome their greatest health challenges.  In recognition for his work Ethan was awarded the 2004 Nkosi Johnson Community Spirit Award by the International Association of Physicians in AIDS Care, the Heroes Among Us Award from the Boston Celtics and the Massachusetts State Health Department, and the Auxilia Chimusoro Award from the US State Department in Zimbabwe. Ethan has overcome two painful battles with CD20+ Hodgkin's Lymphoma.  Never losing optimism, spirit, or humor despite extraordinary rigors and setbacks, Ethan used his journey and platform to connect with others – young adults in particular – and offer much-needed inspiration, advice, and comfort.
