Introduction
The Loyalty Foundation expands access to technology and educational opportunities for young people through partnerships with schools and community organizations. We measure our impact through program reach, technology distributed, and feedback from the students and families we serve.
How We Measure
Devices4All® recipient surveys document access to computers, household technology needs, and anticipated use. Anonymous identification numbers allow us to connect baseline responses with planned six-month follow-up surveys to better understand how personal computer access supports learning over time.
Evidence of reach, need and opportunity.
Our Devices4All® recipient surveys document significant barriers to personal computer access.
