ABOUT
THE LOYALTY
FOUNDATION

Founded in 2019, The Loyalty Foundation works through schools and nonprofit organizations to expand digital opportunity for K–12 students in under-resourced communities.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to help close the digital divide by ensuring young people have the technology they need to learn, explore opportunities, and prepare for their futures.

Access to a personal computer is essential not only for schoolwork, but also for pursuing higher education, exploring careers, and developing the skills needed to succeed in an increasingly digital world.

Through our flagship Devices4All® program, we provide free, professionally refurbished Chromebooks to K–12 students who lack reliable access to a computer at home. Our esports and technology education initiatives build on that foundation, creating additional opportunities for students to develop digital skills, explore their interests, and gain confidence.

Our History

The New York City-based organization was founded in 2019 with an emphasis on technology education for young people. When the COVID-19 pandemic exposed the consequences of inadequate access to computers for learning at home, the Foundation expanded its focus on technology access. Devices4All® has since become its flagship program, providing free Chromebooks to K–12 students through schools and nonprofit organizations serving under-resourced communities.

Today, the Foundation’s work combines technology access with esports and technology education programs designed to expand digital opportunity for young people.
