Your Used Tech Funds Our Work.

Businesses and organizations can turn retired computers and other eligible workplace technology into funding for The Loyalty Foundation. Through our technology partner, Liquid Technology, donated equipment is securely processed, resold when possible, or responsibly recycled—with proceeds supporting our programs.

Tell us about your technology

Contact The Loyalty Foundation with details about your organization, location, and the computers or other workplace technology you wish to donate. Equipment eligibility depends on its age, condition, and resale potential.

Data is securely
erased or destroyed

Liquid Technology securely sanitizes or destroys data-bearing equipment using methods appropriate to the equipment and security requirements. Documentation of the data destruction is provided to the door.

How It Works

We review your donation

The Loyalty Foundation and our technology partner, Liquid Technology, review the equipment for eligibility and coordinate collection arrangements.

5 Equipment is resold or responsibly

Equipment with resale value is refurbished as needed and remarketed. Technology that cannot be resold is responsibly recycled.

Equipment is collected and inventoried

Liquid Technology arranges pickup of approved equipment and provides chain-of-custody documentation. Equipment is inventoried and evaluated at its facility, with an inventory report provided to the donor through The Loyalty Foundation.

6 Your donation supports our work

Proceeds from the donated equipment help The Loyalty Foundation provide Chromebooks, esports opportunities, and technology education to underserved K–12 students. Donors receive a charitable donation acknowledgment.

An Important
Distinction

Technology donated through this program is not distributed directly to students. Instead, Liquid Technology processes the equipment, and proceeds help fund The Loyalty Foundation's work.

Through our separate Devices4All® program, The Loyalty Foundation purchases professionally refurbished Chromebooks for distribution to students through participating schools and community organizations.

Data Security & Responsible Disposition

Protecting donor data and ensuring environmentally responsible equipment disposal are essential to our donation program.

Our technology partner, Liquid Technology, employs secure data-destruction methods, including NIST 800-88-compliant wiping, shredding, degaussing, and crushing, depending on the equipment and security requirements.

Liquid Technology also provides chain-of-custody documentation and R2v3-certified recycling for equipment without resale value.
